Student's Assessment & Evaluation
Each student's performance is assessed over the entire academic year. The final result will be declared on the basis of performance in Term-I and II in the form of five point grading scale (for pre school to V) and 8 point grading scale (scholastic) for VI-IX and 5 point grading scale (Co-Scholastic) for IX and 3 points grading scale for VI-VIII as per C.B.S.E. guidelines. The grades stand for the following distribution of marks.

The 'Achievement Record' provides a holistic picture of the learner and would not give any negative input about the performance of the learner. The objective is to bring continuous improvement in the performance of a learner through constant diagnosis of gaps and difficulties in learning and helping him/her in overcoming them through remediation of instructions. |

Regularity in Tests/exams is a must for the students |

No test/exam will be rescheduled or taken separately on dates other than as mentioned in the date-sheet of the particular exams. Final result will be calculated based on the test/exams that the student had appeared during the session. No retest will be allowed, under any circumstances except if the student is representing the school in a co-curricular activity. |

The student on medical leave will be allowed to resume school only after the medical fitness certificate in submitted. |

No student is allowed to go home after the test and no half day leave permitted for any other reasons as well |

75% of the attendance is mandatory to appear in the Annual Examination |

Cheating or using unfair means during tests / exams will lead to expulsion from school or cancellation of the paper and zero marks be awarded in that test / exam. |

There will be strict adherence to due dates for each Project / Activity given by the subject teacher |

Students of class IX to XII must attend school regularly, especially on the days specified for CBSE formalities. Failing to comply, the school will not be responsible for getting the forms signed. Students will then have to go directly to the CBSE Office to sign their respective forms to avail the admit card. Dates and time for all practical exams will be intimated to students in school. School will not be responsible if a student misses exams. |
